Even though it’s not on the right location for a bowtie, in relation to his shirt, it’s probably at the height of the child who made it and placed it on him. How sweet. Plus he’s carrying around a Shopkins themed waterbottle and a Frozen themed fleece blanket. Parents become mules for things they wouldn’t carry for themselves, don’t they?
