I was stuck in traffic at an intersection when this gardener pulled to a stop at the red light. First, I liked the homemade shovel organizer behind the driver’s seat. Then I noticed the Tigger and a Minion on the rear of his trailer.

I see this supersticious behavior with items affixed to car grilles, but haven’t yet seen them on the sides of a rear bumper.
