Las Vegas | The AXIS at Planet Hollywood

I don’t personally know fans of Britany Spears. Obviously there are many of them out there, and they visit Las Vegas. Her “Piece of Me” residency at Planet Hollywood’s Axis Theatre began at the end of December in 2013, and was extended by contract through 2017. That’s a long time to work it on a stage show.  Out of curiosity, I looked up the price of an Official “Platinum” seat: one that happened to be orphaned in Section 103, Row B, Seat 9. The lone fan will be paying $350.00 for the ticket.   Jennifer Lopez has a limited engagement “residency” there, too, beginning in May of 2016. Fewer shows, higher ticket prices. A lone fan can pay $980.00 for a remaining seat in Sec 103, Row A, Seat 5. Outside the AXIS it’s the height of flashiness. That part is free.
