Here is the moment during the Morning Ascension at the Balloon Fiesta when the rising sun burst above the Sandia Mountains. The special shaped hot air balloon is a penguin wearing a sunhat, a Hawaiian shirt, and a camera on a strap around its neck.  It parodies the tourists and spectators on the launch field. If you look below the sunburst, you will notice a guy in a red jacket who is posed in a similar manner and position as the penguin. Timing is everything.
