It’s on a prominent corner, across the street from a busy bus stop, and an international supermarket. I never see anyone enter or exit from this building.  Is it a front? Is it something patronized on evenings only? Did it go out of business?

The exterior paint is eye-catching. The stripes resemble the country flag of the Netherlands. Seeing as this is predominantly Vietnamese neighborhood, I’m guessing that’s a coincidence.
